SHIPPING:

All orders (to France, EU or International) are shipped via Colissimo (shipping costs depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout). 

All orders are shipped within the next two working days after you have placed your order.

We will send you an email with the tracking number as soon as available.  

MASUL MASUL cannot be hold responsible for any customs fees that may occur.

CLICK & COLLECT (or Showroom-Pickup):

If you are in Paris, at checkout, you can choose to come by MASUL MASUL's showroom and collect your order. 

And if you have time, you may want to take the opportunity to dig in the whole showroom! 

After you have placed your order, we will get in touch via e-mail within the next working day to arrange the pickup.  

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code on distance selling (Articles L121-16 and following of the Consumer Code), the buyer may use his right of withdrawal for any reason and will only have to pay the return shipping costs. The law provides that the buyer has 14 days to do so, starting from the delivery date of the product.
After that date, MASUL MASUL reserves the right to refuse the return or refund. Requests should be sent to masul.morose@gmail.com.

Items must be sent back with a tracking number. The return of the products is at the buyer's expense. The buyer must inform MASUL MASUL with the tracking number as soon as available.  The article must be returned in the same condition as when received. Items that have been worn, washed, incomplete, soiled or damaged cannot be returned and will not be refunded. No refund will be possible if the package does not arrive at its destination. 

If you are in Paris, don't hesitate to come by the showroom to do fittings before buying.
